Curious Plants

On planet Earth there are many plants, these are the most curious, either because of their size, shape or food.

Water Lily:

The Nenúfar (Water Lily) is a plant native to Africa and lagoons in Asia where it can be found in lakes or ponds with very calm waters.

The curious thing about this plant is that it doesn’t need land to grow, don’t you think it’s curious?

Red sequoia:

The red sequoia or sequoia of California, is a very long-lived evergreen tree (between 2000 and 3000 years) and the tallest conifer that exists, since they reach 115.61 m high

To give you an idea, its height is greater than the tallest tower of Pilar

Carnivorous plant

It is a carnivorous plant!!

The flytrap closes when something brushes the small tactile hairs in the center of the leaf twice.

Here you have a link so you can see how to hunt an insect to feed.
